COACHING

Whether you're preparing for your first trail race or your next big endurance challenge, thoughtful training can help you get there with confidence.

I'm an RRCA Certified Running Coach and 200-hour RYT with experience coaching runners across a wide range of distances—from 5K and high school athletes to 200-mile ultramarathons. I combine my experience in running, fitness, and medicine to create thoughtful, individualized approaches that meet you where you are and help you work toward where you want to go.

I'm not currently accepting ongoing coaching clients, but I'm always happy to answer questions or connect for a consultation.

"Meg is a fantastic coach that I would recommend to anyone looking at ultrarunning. Over the span of just 1 year working with Meg, I went from struggling to finish a 9 mile trail race to very confidently finishing a 50 miler. Meg was able to take her years of experience/successes and provide simple recommendations to me that made sense to a beginner runner. From overall training strategy, to gear recommendations, to actual race day execution...I learned so much working with Meg and could not recommend her as a coach more!"
